SunMed @ Home is a home nursing service that caters to clients' expectations in safety, commitment and compassion in delivering care.

Our team of dedicated skilled professionals provide support and nursing care at the convenience of patient’s home, as part of a holistic integrated care to patients.

We believe in long term follow-up care to patients and engagement of caregivers. As part of Sunway Medical Centre, an ACHS accredited tertiary hospital, our services are offered on a platform of reliability and quality.

A skilled nurse trained in a special area will attend to your unique needs in nursing care for up to 1.5 hours. Services available are

Standard Wound Care
Complex Wound Care
Drug Injection or Infusion
IV fluid / TPN Infusion*

Feeding Tube Insertion / Care
CBD Insertion / Care
Oropharyngeal / tracheostomy suctioning / dressing / care
Ostomy Care and Counseling

To support you, our nurse will replace you while you take a break from the demands of caring for your loved ones. Services are provided at the patient’s homes and short stay respite in long-term care homes.
