Rental rate should be payable in full upon check-in
Payment needs to be transferred to HSBC (account number: 105-815369-101) prior check in
A deposit of RM50 (in cash) is required upon check-in and is refundable upon check-out upon returning access card
Completed form must be submitted to smc_inthelpdesk@sunway.com.my at least in ONE WEEK ADVANCE notice
Official check-in time is 2pm and check-out time is 12pm
Bringing/storing goods of combustible, hazardous, illegal, alcoholic or objectionable nature is prohibited
The unit is a smoke/vape-free premise
