Gold Standard Test:
RT-PCR TEST at RM270 Sample required: Oral and nasal swab (oropharyngeal & nasopharyngeal)
Results out in 24 hours
RTK-ANTIGEN TEST at RM138 Sample required: Nasal swab (nasopharyngeal)
Results out in 3 - 5 hours
Notes:
- This is a screening, and not a diagnostic test.
- If result is positive, RT-PCR will be used as a confirmatory test.
ANTIBODY TEST at RM135 Sample required: venous blood
Results out in 3 - 5 hours
Notes:
- Not for detection of current active COVID-19 infection.
- Test results should not be used as the sole criteria for the diagnosis of COVID-19 infection.
Terms and conditions:
- Sunway Medical Centre is certified by the Ministry of Health (MOH) for COVID-19 screening.
- All tests are conducted in-house at our Genetics & Molecular Diagnostic Centre.
- Only available for limited slots per day, and for self-pay patients.
- For international travelers, please verify your airline requirements before the test.
- Result will be emailed to the patient once it is ready.
