Paediatrics

Paediatrics is a specialist field for the medical needs of infants, children and adolescents, usually up to the age of 18 years. Paediatrics adopts a holistic approach and aims to minimise the adverse effects of disease, while allowing children to live as normal a life as possible. Besides caring for children when they are unwell, paediatrics also offer vaccinations, regular health assessments, among other services.
