What file formats do you accept for laser cutting?+
SVG, DXF, AI, or PDF work best since they're already vector files. Don't have one? Just send a photo or description of what you want made and we'll help turn it into a cuttable file.
How long does an order take from confirmation to delivery?+
Most standard orders are completed within the same week once the quote is confirmed and paid. Turnaround can run longer for larger quantities, thicker material, or intricate custom designs — we'll flag the estimated timeline in your quote.
Is there a minimum order quantity?+
No — we take on single prototypes as well as bulk production runs. Pricing per piece typically comes down as quantity goes up, which we'll reflect in your quote.
