Catheterization Lab
Our cardiac catheterisation laboratory (cath lab) provides minimally invasive, image-guided treatments for heart and blood vessel conditions—without the need for open surgery.
We perform coronary angiograms to detect blockages and angioplasty with stenting to restore blood flow to the heart. To ensure precision, we utilise advanced tools such as:
- IVUS (Intravascular Ultrasound) – to visualise plaque inside the artery
- FFR (Fractional Flow Reserve) – to assess the functional severity of blockages
- IVL (Intravascular Lithotripsy) – to safely treat heavily calcified vessels
