Can I proceed with the screening if I am on my period or pregnant?
Yes, you may proceed with most tests during your menses. You may return to complete certain tests after your cycle ends.

How do I make an appointment after purchasing my screening?
After completing your purchase, go to the “My Appointment” section and click the “Book” button.
You will be directed to the SunMed Go booking page. Each screening requires a separate appointment. If slots are full, please contact our team for help.

How Do I Send the Package and Booking Link For My Friend/Family After Purchased?
You can copy the booking link by clicking on the copy icon underneath the booking link, or email to your friend or family by clicking on the "Email" button in “My Appointment” section.

When will I receive my appointment confirmation?
A confirmation SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number after you successfully book your appointment online.

What Documents Are Required To Bring on Your Appointment Day?
On your appointment day, the following documents are required:
• NRIC/Passport
• Soft Copy of your purchase online or Order Number (Eg: ODR0001)
Order number can be found in your “My Order” section under your account.

When can I collect my health screening report?
Reports are typically available on the same day for screenings done from Monday to Friday.
If your screening is done on a Saturday, your report will be ready on the following Monday.
