Steps to take:-

1.		Sign up for service at our Pharmacy counters with repeat prescription
2.		Email the following information to repeatrx@sunway.com.my:- Patient's Full Name (as per IC) Patient's MRN or IC Number Contact Number Preferred Collection Date
3.		Receive confirmation email from SunMed
4.		Go to Cashier Counter at Rehabilitation Medicine Centre (Ground Floor, Tower B) to sign required documents / make payment
5.		Collect your medication(s) at:- Pharmacy Tower A, Ground Floor   Monday - Friday 8:00am - 6:30pm Saturday 8:00am - 5:00pm Telephone +603 7491 1479

Terms & Conditions:-

1. A valid Sunway Medical Centre repeat prescription with the same dosage is required to use our services. Expired prescriptions are not accepted.
2. Email the required information and gurantee letter to us at least 3 working days prior to your preferred collection date.
3. Sunway Medical Centre reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions of this service without any prior notice.
4. Prepared medications will be revoked if not collected after 3 working days from your preferred collection date.
