Bariatric Surgery Package

Package Includes:

• Pre-operative blood test, ECG & chest X-ray upon admission
• Surgical procedure fee
• 3 days 2 nights stay at general ward
• Up to 3 times post-operative follow up by the weight management team (bariatric surgeon, dietitian & physiotherapist)
• Body Composition Analysis for 1st & 3rd month after operation

Terms & Conditions:

• Eligibility of this package will be determined by bariatric surgeon.
• This package is applicable for Sleeve Gastrectomy surgery only. 
• This package is not applicable for any complications or other emergency conditions that occur during and/or after the procedure. 
• This package is applicable to Malaysians only. 
• Valid for self-paying patients only. 
• Full deposit will be collected upon admission. 
• This package is valid from 18 March 2023 till 31 December 2023.
