Terms & Conditions 

1. Valid for self-paying patients only.

2. This package is applicable to day care procedures only and not applicable to in-patients.

3. This package only provides up to two-weeks medications, additional medications at patient's own expense.

4. This package is only applicable for diagnosis, excludes removal of foreign body/polypectomy and laboratory tests. 

5. This package is not applicable for any complications or other emergency conditions that occur during and/or after the procedure.

6. this package is not applicable to patients with comorbidities. 

7. This package is valid from 29 May 2023 till 29 July 2023.

8. This package is applicable to Malaysians only.

9. All packages are subject to change without prior notice.
